Rob Filson, President & CEO
Rob, Denise, Barry and John Filson Sr purchased Filson Water from its parent company in 1994. Rob has a business degree from Shippensburg University. With his multi-year experience as Chief Financial Officer of ATS, Rob has extensive experience in business plans, project management and has developed excellent relationships with several local banks.
Barry Losh, Executive VP
Barry is one of the co-founders. He started in sales and service in the deionization division. He has been responsible for the growth and development of procedures for DI operations. In addition, Barry is the managing partner.
Denise Filson, CAO
Denise is the Chief Accounting Officer and is responsible for overseeing all bookkeeping, payroll and benefits operations for Filson Water and ATS. She is extremely organized and efficient. She is one of the founding partners and is involved in daily operations.
Justin Filson, Member
Justin Started in the installation and service department of Filson Water in order to learn the business from the ground up. He has worked in Sales, Installations & Service as well as customer service at our parent company ATS. In addition, he managed ATS's UV production for several years. Currently, he developed the ability to program and run our laser cutting equipment.
Samantha Schmuck, HR
Samantha has a degree in human resource management. She is responsible for payroll and benefits activities. She also has been involved in the bookkeeping operations for both ATS and Filson Water. In addition, Samantha gets involved in project management and new company start-ups.
Connor Filson, Treasurer
Connor has a business and finance degree and is developing managerial experience from our manufacturing division. He has outstanding organizational skills, people skills, and an excellent work ethic.
Dana Heberlig, Office Manager
Dana has a background in customer service. She oversees our accounts receivable department and assists with walk-in customers. Responsibilities include daily order entry, deposits, invoicing, credit and account maintenance.
